Advanced ceramic, AAA-level coating, BPA free, non-toxic. Very safe to use in the refrigerator and microwave, AAA-level coating protection the pattern will not fade in the dishwasher.

Sublimation

Sublimation is a high-quality printing process that infuses the artwork directly into the coating of the mug, creating vibrant, permanent colors that won’t peel, crack, or fade. This method produces photo-level clarity and a smooth, glossy finish that feels as good as it looks. Sublimation can only be done on white ceramic mugs or magic black mugs, where the design becomes visible only when the mug is hot, adding a unique, interactive touch that customers love.

 Sublimation requires a polymer-coated white surface, which limits the available mug color options.  Because sublimation infuses color instead of sitting on top, it doesn’t work on fully dark or uncoated ceramics.

Etching / Engraving

Etching is a premium customization process that uses precise laser engraving to remove the outer ceramic coating, revealing a clean, permanent design with a subtle, high-end texture. Unlike printing, etching will never fade and gives the mug a refined, elegant look ideal for corporate gifts, branding, and long-lasting use. This technique offers a sophisticated alternative to color prints and reinforces the premium quality of your mug.

Etching removes material - it cannot reproduce colors, photos, or complex multicolor graphics.  The engraved design never fades, making it ideal for long-term everyday use and corporate gifting.

Cost Insights 

Etching offers a more premium, engraved finish and therefore comes at a higher cost, while sublimation provides a more affordable option without compromising print quality. Both methods deliver durable, professional results - allowing you to choose the best fit for your brand and budget.
