Artist Submission Guidelines

We’re excited to collaborate with you! To make sure your art looks its absolute best on our products, please follow these simple guidelines:

Artwork Requirements

File Types:
High-resolution JPEG or PNG

Resolution:
Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch)

Size:
At least 1200 x 1200 pixels for square items like coasters. Larger images are welcome — we can adjust for mugs, tumblers, and other accessories.

Color Mode:
RGB or CMYK accepted - we’ll help with color calibration if needed to make sure it prints beautifully.  Due to differences in screen settings and printing processes, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your digital file.

What We Look For

Original artwork (you must own the rights or have permission to use it)
Designs that are clear, focused, and visually striking
Art that fits well within a square or round product shape (especially for coasters)

Helpful Tips
  • Keep important details away from the very edges
    some trimming may occur.
  • Backgrounds can be transparent or full-frame
    We’ll help you find the best presentation for your art.
  • Files too big to email? 
    No problem — we’ll send you a link for easy uploads.
